20' and 8:20am

A~ is walking further. Today she walked half way across our dining room and then across the kitchen to Mommy. She is also learning what "No" means. Oh, yea, she gets car sick. A~ has yacked twice in the car, in the morning. The first event was on the way to church after a HUGE breakfast! Believe me, the aroma of puddles of toddler vomit circulating around the car was quite nauseating.

We have been bugged by a pest, irm, pested (Google is telling me this isn't a word, what do you think?) by a bug of some sort this week. Wifey was feeling yucky for 2 days and now I am feeling the same.

Ruby is sitting on the floor in front of our bookcase staring at me.

GreenBean has recently copped a bossy attitude and is practicing being demanding which usually results in her demands being totally ignored. Although, if she persists she might get a spanking or have to stand for a timeout. Say it with me, "May I please have..."

One of the greatest a challenges a young family faces on a regular basis is getting to church on time. This struggle is right up there with finances and marital communication. Every week I get up at 6:30am on Sunday to help get us in the car by 8:20am. Every week we miss the goal by 10-15 minutes and that is only because some of us stuff our breakfasts into a napkin to eat in the car. Tomorrow morning I hope will be different.
