The Martin Girls: my girls! (and a willow tree)

THIS JUST IN
It is Sunday afternoon. This morning we had just about arrived at church when GreenBean "spit-up" (yea, ahem) all over herself in her car seat. We did some quick clean up at church then turned right around and went home. Wifey was to be in the nursery this morning and I, as usual, was looking forward to playing drums/percussion for worship.

Apparently GreenBean had a little "bug" that is gone because it has been almost 12 hours with no other "multi-colored yawn" events since.

Most recently (about 15 minutes ago) I was offended by a stink bug on the inside of our sliding door. As I would with any unwelcome intruder, I grabbed that stink bug by its leg (because if you squish them they really stink!) and threw it outside. My finger still wreaks! It won't wash off! Note to self...

BACKYARD NEWS
The grass I planted inside the fence almost 2 months ago got mowed for the first time this weekend. It's in a very shady spot but the yard is looking quite nice.

While mowing around the Willow Tree this week (see below) I discovered some poison sumac. This irritating vine so enraged and, well, irritated me that I went out and bought some WEED B' GONE MAX. I applied the weed killer but I fear it did not have a long enough time without rain to be very effective. We have been having strange weather the past week or so, haven't we?

A~ is now over 5 months old. She is eating cereals and soon will be introduced to fruit and juices.

GreenBean was at a park and fell off the bars earning this fat lip!
"Do you like my pretty beads?"

Daddy's Girls!

Our previous landlord gave us a brand new swing set as a house warming gift back in April. How generous they are! GreenBean love to swing.
