It's a GIRL, for sure!

This morning we went to Wifey's Dr office for an ultra-sound and check-up. GreenBean and myself watched as the ultra-sound technician slid the probe over Wifey's belly. We eagerly watched the screen as images of her new little sister appeared and then faded. We saw here head and face. Then we saw her belly and spine. The the technician measured her thigh bone and the fluid in the amniotic sac. Then we saw her labia! Yep, very clearly; no more question - it is definitely a girl.

There had been a little uncertainty since our previous ultra-sound several months ago b/c the technician wrote "girl?". Yea, so the Dr couldn't say for sure. But now we know.
MY WORK
This week I have been transitioning to a new "job" at my work. I'm moving off the team I've been with since I started almost 4.5 years ago to a different team. I can see it will be more stressful and more responsibility but God willing provide opportunities for me to prove myself and earn a promotion by June. I will be working next to a nice guy who I worked near my first 4 years. He is a Christian and we seem to have similar interests.

QUIZZING
The first NAC/Bible-Quiz-Rally of the 05/06 school year is Nov 5 at Lititz, PA. The LVGBC quiz team will consist of 3 young women who I hope are well prepared. We should all have fun regardless. It is a great thing that these teens can have the motivation of some friendly competition to study and hide God's Word in their hearts. (Psalm 119:11) Hopefully the young men will also be joining us for the next practices and quiz rallies this school year.
